Can we receive image uploads with caption text for each image?

Is there a way to add a caption to a series of photographs giving them all one unique caption? A bit like a dynamic photograph with caption per photograph?

The only way I can think of doing it would be to add a photograph then a text document and keep doing it throughout the page but surely there is a better way?

I think our COOL CAPTION widget can be used to achieve the said requirement. This widget allows you to add a headline, banner or caption image to your form.

You can then add a Caption that will highlight the image message in a few words. The Caption has a cool, translucent background, giving it a modern, cool appeal.

Unfortunately COOL CAPTION does not meet my needs.

Essentially I would like dynamic photograph functionality together with the ability to add a caption to each one. For example I use my form for Construction work and will photograph internal works and label it accordingly to confirm what is needed.

Keeping it simple....

e.g.

radiator (picture) paint white gloss (caption) [+] (add new)

Next Picture

Door (picture) paint white gloss (caption) [+] (add new)....

Unfortunately, we do not have an element that allows the image uploads with the caption texts.

You may consider using the Short Text Entry fields to receive captions, and multiple File Upload files to receive files. The File Upload field can be set to allow only one file or multiple files.
