Suspended?

    I've been trying since Friday to log into my account - I've reset my password 2x and still cannot get in. I've also closed and opened a new browser...

    Your account is suspended because the form you created is used to collect the SSN and Driver's License without the user's consent which is against our Terms of Use

    If you want to collect the SSN and Driver's License, you need to add the Terms & Conditions and Signature widgets to the form, for users to agree/allow/confirm that you are collecting the info for a purpose. 

    Let us know if you agree with our Terms and we will activate your account, so you can add the widgets.

    Our driver form requires this and all of our FCRA releases are included with the application.

    By our Terms and Condition, in order to collect the information my colleague mentioned, you need to have Terms & Conditions and Signature widget on your form.

    You have two options for Terms & Conditions:

    And multiple options for signatures:

    If you are willing to add the required fields to your form, let us know and we will unblock your account so you can make required changes.

    Also, as you can see our terms and conditions text is part of the form. What more do we need to do?

    In the form you shared you added your Terms & Conditions to a basic Text field. You also added the Terms & Conditions widget, but it is not linked to your Terms. 

    You need to use the Terms & Conditions widget and link it to the webpage with your Terms or you need to use the Short Scrollable Terms widget and add your Terms there.

    Ok, please check now. I think it should be good to go. I used the Short Scrollable Terms widget.

    I have checked your account, and the Short Scrollable Terms widget is set properly. If you plan to ask for sensitive information from your users, please do not forget to add a signature field as well.

    We do and have had the signature field on the form. Now please refer to the original question in this post. Can Carol Sample's account be un-suspended? She needs access to the account.
