Hi, I am needing to design a form that submits to my boss's email. Once he gets the email I'd like the email to have an approved button and a not approved button. And I would want it to email that result back to me just by him clicking either button. Is that possible with jotform?

    Yes, that would be possible.

Based on your requirements, what you need is a Send an Email condition that will send an email to your email address based on the selection made by your boss.

Initially, your boss will receive an email from a form submission. Your boss will then access the submission via an "edit link". While in edit mode the form will show a field where your boss will select either approved or denied. If that field is filled, and your boss submits the form, you will receive an email.
