I want to upload a PDF but it is not going

I want to uploade a PDF but its not going.Why?

Do you get an error when you upload the file or does it sits at uploading but never pushed through? Please do us a favor of checking your browser console while you're doing the upload process to see if there is an error.

Also, we would like to try this, but would you mind providing us the PDF file? We better check this using your PDF to see if we can replicate it, and find the culprit. my print screen is only a pdf and not a Picture. how can i send it to you??
