Help. I made a consent form using PDF. when I go to print, and in the email notification, their isn't the text. Hopefully you know what to have me do.

Unfortunately, text elements aren't included in email notification because it doesn't ask a value. If you want to include the text on email, you can do that by editing the email notification and add the text manually.

Or you can print it through the PDF Document but you will also have to add the text in the PDF. Guide: How to Customize PDF Submissions Report
After that, you can attach the PDF Document on email notification. Guide: How to include submissions as PDF attachment in the email notifications
