Plz fix this. My cache is cleared, my uploads and data are at 0. Make it right and allow my forms to work please.

As per checking, you reached your upload space limit. However, if you have already deleted submissions, then ofcourse that usage display will show you that you are no longer over quota.

I can also see your account is in good standing. If you are experiencing an issue, please share a screenshot of the error message you have.

So, are you saying that if I reach my upload limit even if I delete my submissions and clear my cache my forms will still not work until the first of the month reset ? Btw, if the limits refresh every month on the first of the month then why wouldn’t my forms work on only June 4th when my cache is cleared and no new forms were submitted ? As we can both see in the photo all of the upload levels are well below the limit. Really just confused as to why this continuously happens, I would love a reason that makes sense. Or do I have to write in every month to get my forms running ? Because I don’t have time for that.

No. If the submissions received with the uploaded files are deleted, it should clear the storage space of your account. However, the monthly submissions count shall not be reset by deleting the submissions.

Please note that the account shall be reset the limits automatically every month and it is not required to contact us to get it done.

    Hope this information helps!
