I am trying to create a form? that I can use to see if members of a bowls club are available to play. Ideally each time a player confirms if they are available it either updates the form and shows that person has already entered, if that's not possible then the entries show on a list whether they are available or not . A copy of form is at

I hope this or something similar is possible

    Hi,

This is doable also. But we need more information on the steps on how it should work so that we can provide you with the appropriate resolution.

In your form I see the name of the "members" and option if available (Yes/No).

Can you please clarify who will do the action to make the member available or not?

If I understand correctly, it seems the member themselves will tick the yes/no box on their names -- this could be an issue though because anyone can just ticked on anyone's name.

It will be more logical if the member only can answer if available or not.

Please provide more details on the process and we will check again.

We will wait for your updated response.

    Thankyou for your quick response.

I have created a second form on the same page this would be better if possible but the first layout is ok

Yes the action will be taken by members. If it is possible for members to be able to tick their own name only that would be great.  I assume it may be some kind of login.? If after saying they are available would it be possible for them to change their submission (ie say they were ill and couldn't play)

    how it works

I pick the team at beginning of week enter the members name on the form, the members themselves confirm there availability and at the end I keep an eye on the submissions to be able to see at a glance who can play (even better if all members can see who has confirmed availability.)

The form is set up for 3 rinks which is a total of 12 players + 2 reserves (these are our most important matches) however I am hoping it will be possible to use forms for all matches which can be up to 6 rinks and 24 members.

You may add a passcode and share it with the members. You may show/hide the section with respect to the passcode. For example, there could be respective passcodes for each rink. If a user provides passcode for rink2 then only rink 2 would be shown to him.

They could update their submission at a later date.

You can show the submissions report on your website to see who has submitted the form and who is available.
