Multiple submissions from ONE report

I've recently been having a problem with multiple submissions from several people.

They only submit their form once - but days later, that same submission posts again.  It has happened to several different people and 2 people's reports have posted 3 different days.

I thought it was because they forgot that they had already submitted their reports.

So, I ask them if they were receiving their confirmation emails as proof of submission.  That was my way of encouraging them to check their emails before they repost.

But to my surprise, they assured me they got a confirmation and only posted once. 

Can you check what the problem might be?  It is confusing to me and my users.

This happens when users do not close the page after they have submitted the form. As such, when they re-open the browser, the browsers usually reloads the unclosed tabs which causes a resubmission.

I suggest you add a Captcha field or enable Unique Submission or Unique Question so the system can block duplicate submissions.
