I'm having trouble authorizing my PayPal integration.

Hello - we've had a trouble integrating our PayPal account with a membership form. First of all, we're not sure which PayPal payment element to use. We have a business account, but there are so many options. We currently put PayPal checkout on the form we're testing: https://www.jotform.com/ArtsAllianceIL/OrgMembership

Second, we had an issue connecting the PayPal account in the element settings. I have access to our organizational PayPal account, but the connection window wouldn't recognize my email upon trying to log-in - it forced me to create a new business account. I asked our Finance Director to log-in using our primary PayPal credentials and she was able to on the PayPal Checkout element, but not with other ones (PayPal Standard and PayPal Commerce). The connection window keeps freezing after we authorize PayPal to gather info from JotForm.

Finally, assuming we have everything set up right, are there authorized PayPal test credit card numbers we can use to test the form? We tested ones we found on the PayPal website, but they weren't working in the PayPal pop-up window from the form. Does the PayPal element need to be in Test mode before we try those numbers?

I realize most of these questions are PayPal related, but they don't really have good customer service. Hoping you can help. Thanks!

You can test the PayPal payment fields by following the instructions in this guide: How-to-Test-Paypal-Payment-Form

As for you not being able to log in your PayPal Business account in the integration settings, please try if clearing your browser cache, using a different browser or device would solve the issue you are having. I have tested the issue you have described on my end and I was not able to reproduce it.

Thanks, Mike. We'll take a look. Is there any guide to deciding on the best PayPal payment element to use in the form? I count 8 different options (Business, Standard, Commerce, etc.). We're currently using Checkout, but I'm unsure what the differences are since I haven't been able to successfully implement any of them yet.
