Is there a way to import a PDF that can be filled out in Form Builder?

I am building my company's New Hire Form and would like to include a few Self Identification PDF forms. Is there a way I can import this into JotForm so they can fill it out "like PDF filler" and keep continuing on with the application?

    Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

I can see that you have tried embedding the PDF form through the PDF Embedder widget, however, this widget can only be used for viewing and download a PDF document.

If you mean to let your users fill in the PDF form via your main online form, you would need to convert the PDF form to a PDF Fillable form through this link, https://www.jotform.com/fillable-pdf-form-creator/

Then once it is converted you can embed the PDF Fillable form on your main form using the iFrame Embed widget: Iframe Embed because the converted PDF fillable form can be embedded using its iFrame codes.

    Here's a detailed on getting the form's iframe: Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code

In this way, the users can view and fill up the PDF fillable form while they are on the main form. Please try it and let us know if it didn't meet your requirements.

Let us know if you need further assistance as well.

    My apologies for the confusion.

It seems that you won't need to get the iFrame code of the convert PDF fillable form to embed it on the widget, you would need to use the form's direct link: Where-to-Find-My-Form-URL

    Thank you.
