Repeated receipt of a submission

    PLEASE MAKE IT STOP!!! I have received numerous emails with the SAME form submission. Over and over and over again for 2 weeks now.

    There are ways for you to prevent multiple submissions in your form.

    First, you can limit submissions based on web browser cookies and/or IP addresses.

    Second, you can also set a limit based on your respondent's answers by checking for unique answers.

    And lastly, you can also add a Captcha field in your form.

    The client is not submitting the form repeatedly, I'm receiving the single submitted form repeatedly.

    There are factors that can be considered as to why the issue you are having is happening.

    May we know if your form is being filled from a website where it is embedded? Can you share with us the link to the website, please?

    Also, it is possible that your respondents are hitting the "refresh" or "back" button of their browser while still on the Thank-You page of your form after successful submission.

    I have checked the submissions page of your form and based on the date/time interval of the duplicate submissions, it seems that the submissions are being submitted multiple times intentionally.
