I'm trying to post a comment from my new account, but even though I'm correctly signed in the comment is coming up with my old user name.

Please note that when we transfer form to another account, the forms will move to new account. Unfortunately, we cannot transfer form and retain the original form in source account.

I would suggest you to please clone your original form using its direct URL in your new account. The following guides should help you:

    Clone form with URL: https://www.jotform.com/help/42-How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL

    Find form's direct URL: https://www.jotform.com/help/401-Where-to-Find-My-Form-URL

    Hope this helps.

Do try it out and get back to us if you have any trouble.

I have moved your second question to a new thread so that we can address it separately. You will be answered in the following thread: https://www.jotform.com/answers/2408377

My main form is very complex, with a lot of conditional formatting, custom CSS, PDF template etc. How much of this will get copied?

Please note that when you clone form in another account, all conditions, formatting and CSS code will also be cloned. The issue is with the PDF document you create in PDF editor. This will not be cloned when form is cloned from one account to another.

To resolve this issue, I would suggest you to please clone form in the same account which will also clone the PDF document as well. We can then transfer cloned form to your other account. Please check the screenshot below on how to clone exiting form:

    Hope this helps.

Do get back to us if you have any questions.

Once the forms are cloned in the source account itself, please share the form URL that you need to transfer to another account, and we will do the needful.

We will wait for your response.
