    Hi

We are getting this error but I do not think we are over quota. By mistake I left a trial PayPal integration in but removed that when it said I was running out of payments.

We have never had any issue with this previously.

    Any ideas?

    Regards

    Simon

    Hello ClaydonFC,

I checked your account and it is currently in the free plan. You have over quota with Payment Submissions. The free plan allows you to have 10 Payment submissions in a month. There have been 27 Payment Submissions this month in the Payment Forms of your account. The limit is reset on the 1st day of each month.

To check your limits and upgrade your account please visit JotForm Features and Pricing.

    Hi Fernand,

Thanks for looking at this. So I am not using any payment methods at all the widget is not connected to a payment type does this still rack up payment requests with you?

All I want is to use the product type as it is easy to fill in but we don't accept payment online as we are a local football club and they pay via BACS or cheque.

If it does then I will go back to using radio buttons :(

Yes, since submissions from this form are counted towards your payment submissions limit.

Yes, a single choice field would be the workaround.

Note that deleting the field will also delete its data, so make sure to have a backup first.
