Can I use your forms to collect sensitive data?

If your purpose is not to collect this information from the general public, but from your own customers, we can make an exception:

1. Add Terms of Use widget (for your users to read and agree). This will surely make your forms not to be considered as guilty of phishing activities

2. Add a Signature widget where your users sign and agree to provide such sensitive information.

The widgets will apply for the collection of these data. This will make you the sole responsible for the collection and handling of these data.

So please add it to your form to prevent the account from being suspended in the future.

However, ROUTING NUMBERS are not allowed to be collected even with the widgets.
