We have forms where the information is getting crossed. People filling out the form titled Redfin Service Request Form is showing up in our email as Compass Service Request Form which is a completely separate service form.

May I suggest that you check the email notification set up in the Redfin Service Request Form and make sure that it has the correct Email Subject and Email Content, please?

Thanks for sending an answer, however that's not the issue. I checked the two forms that are getting crossed and the email subject and email content is specific to that user / company. It is correct on both forms. I noticed it's only happening depending on a specific selection on the form. For example, if there are four choices A, B, C, and D, the only one that is getting crossed is choice C. The other choices are coming in correctly.

I have checked the email alerts in the Redfin Service Request Form and it is not associated with any conditions in your form. Also, the email alerts also have a generic email subject.
Can you tell us what field(s) you are referring to, please? Also, can you share with us a screenshot that shows the issue, please?
