Is the number of submissions lifetime or monthly?

Kindly be informed that there are some monthly limits whose counts reset to 0 on the first day of every month such as the monthly submission/view/payment limits, besides some other total life-time limits such as the submission storage and the forms count limits which never decrease unless you delete of them.

Meaning, on the 1st day of the next month, July, the monthly submission count will reset to 0, and so on.

In other words, total submissions limit indicates how many submissions can be stored under account in total, and it never decreases unless you delete of them. Monthly submissions limit indicates how many submissions you can receive per month, and it gets reset to 0 on the first day of every month.
