Frio Ice Chests Form

Good morning,

We have a form on our website frioicechests.com and the form is https://form.jotform.com/83190655102148. I need to change the recipient email addresses as 1 of the people on it is no longer with us and we have hired someone else. I am new to my position as well and do not have any login information to change this as the person before me did not leave any details. Is there any way to find the login info or at least what email address this form is under?

If you have access to that email address, you can reset the password and log in.
