    Yes, the Save and Continue feature needs to send the link to continue the form. Here's a guide that you can check for more information: https://www.jotform.com/help/495-Setting-up-the-Continue-Forms-Later-Feature-in-Card-Forms

    The Save and continue email in Classic Form doesn't send an email to the person filling out the form.

    It sends it to me as the account holder. How do i get it to send an email to {whatis}

    Hi,


    You have sent me the save and continue information for card forms, but i'd like to enable this feature on the classic form. This page says it has been deprecated: https://www.jotform.com/help/97-Deprecated-How-to-Save-Forms-and-Continue-Later


    Can you please tell me how I can do this on my classic form?

    Hi,

    You just need to update the Form Settings. It will automatically enable the Save and Continue Later feature to your form just like the Card Form Layout.

    I tested the form and it worked, however my colleague tried and it allowed her to save the form the first time and then when she returned to it, it wouldn't let her save it (when she clicked the save button it did nothing) 


    Can you let us know why this might be?

    Hello there,

    I was not able to replicate the issue at my end too .

    Was your colleague a Registered or Guest in Jotform ?

    Let your colleague try with Continue link few times and check Save button with each links.

    Also try with direct link instead of Email.

    Try these things and let us know again.
