How can I receive the orders

After a customer places the order on the form, how can I receive it?

Can be diret to a printer? Pop up an IPAD?

You can add a notification email to your form so you will receive an email alert whenever someone ordered or submitted to your form. Here's a guide: Setting-up-Email-Notifications
