Create form for my envirovisit application

hi team at jotform,

i have a basic understanding of how your jotform application works however i'm not interested in traversing through the learning curve to develop a form for my envirovisit application.

if someone at jotform would like to build a form that i require as an example:

1. and show me the form integrating with a credit card and a paypal payment gateway. 

2. also how form can be securely saved to dropbox.

3.also how the form data could deposit form data to a salesforce customer management database.
