Form disappeared - Can't edit the Form

We can't seem to access an old form to revise. Is the Canadian site not available? This is the form. https://form.jotform.ca/91408353779265

Hi Carla! I don't see any issues with your account or the Canadian site. You should be able to edit this form by logging in to your JotForm account from here: https://www.jotform.com/login/

When I log into our account, it appears that there are no forms. I've
recreated the form, but when I log out and back in, I get the same
problem.
This is the form I need to amend again. Did I somehow connect it to the
wrong account?

1. The Forms #91408353779265 and #202708329527256 belong to the account registered using the email address: ca**ac**bot@sa**tel.**t.

2. You also have another account registered with the email address ou**oo**ka**re**ster@g**il.com. This account has one form, link of which is: https://www.jotform.com/202710327056244

Make sure that you're logging in using the correct email address/password combination and you should be able to edit your forms. In case you don't remember your account password, you can reset it using these instructions.
