When a JotForm user schedules an Appointment, does it schedule it in their Google Calendar?

    Yes, it's possible to integrate Appointments to Google Calendar using the Google Calendar integration.

    However, kindly note that appointments integrated and sent to Google Calendar will not be impacted if they got deleted/edited on your JotForm account. They will still be showing up in Google Calendar no matter what. That's because the Google Calendar integration does not really sync data between JotForm Appointment Field and Google Calendar. It just sends new appointment submissions.

    Yes. I read about all of this that you told me. What I need is for my client's google calendar to populate with the appointment they just created using my form so they have it in their calendar and will then get reminders from Google instead of me reminding them manually. So it's the same concept but for the client who is using my form. Is this available now or is it in the works? Thank you!!! :-)

    Yes, it's possible.

    All you have to do is have the Appointment field on your form and link it within the Google Calendar integration settings as shown within the guide I posted above.

    oh I thought this was just for my calendar and not my user or client's calendar. if it is that is FANTASTIC!

    To clarify, the integration is done with your Google Calendar, not respondents'.

    I think Reminder Emails would be a good fit for your requirement.

    This will send respondents Reminder Emails on a regular basis as desired.
