Hello, I am presently using your wonderful portal to create a webform, however when I attempt to create the scheduled email it does not save the published template for the scheduled task. Also, when I try to insert an image to the email template it clears the email tab and basically doesn't do anything forcing me to exit the email tab.
I am also unable to add my smtp server settings to send any emails in the settings.
The email account I am using to sign in is covidscreen@blaney.com

Do you mean that the Update button is not responding in the email reminder editor?
If this is the case, please kindly open a browser console to see if there are any errors and provide us with a screenshot.

Unfortunately, the SMTP sender is not supported for Reminder Emails.
