I would like to have add my signature and a automatic email response on my account but I am have issues with accesses this.Could you add my email which is M.Nicolaou5393@student.leedsbeckett.ac.uk and my phone number if possible.With an auto response to my emails.To allow me to add my signature as a proof of identification

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. Do you want to receive auto email from form to your email address after form is submitted?
