How can I create a "live" shared project form with my team?

    Hi,

    We are a printing/mailing/design company.

    We would like to create live intake forms for each project, so that anyone from my team can access each project form and see live changes and fill out project specs simultaneously. (sort of like a shared google doc)

    Is this possible and if so, how does it work?

    Based on my understanding, you want your team to be able to view and edit your form? If so, you can share them the collaboration link so they can see live changes when someone edits the form. Guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/419-understanding-form-collaboration

    If you want to share them the form so they could fill it regularly, you can invite them as assignees. Guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/652-Adding-assignees-to-your-form
