How to let users upload a file along with their submissions?

I would like people to include documents with forms. Initially i would like people to be able to drag a file into the form when its complete and have the file be attached to the email when submitted.

You would need to add the File Upload field or any widgets that have the same function:

Then to attach the uploaded files on emails, this can be done through the email settings:

1) Just open your form in Form Builder and then select Emails under the Settings tab. Next, click the Edit Notification button.

2) After that, click on the Advanced tab and set Send Uploads as Attachment toggle to ‘Yes.’
