    Do you want to download the PDF document that was created when the form is submitted?

    You can check the PDF Editor to save the PDF document.

    The First in a Computer open the Any one Folder then open a document file and top up menu bar left side to menu bar Click FILE > Save, pick or browse to a folder, type a name for your document in the File name box, and click Save.

    Save your work as you go - hit Ctrl+S often.

    To print, click the FILE tab, and then click Print. MCDVOICE
