I need to set up intake forms and collect signatures for liability

I am setting up my spa services. I need to set up intake forms and collect signatures for liability. I saw that your company is integrated with square. What does that mean exactly? Will the answers from the forms be downloaded to each customer on square? I do not care about the payment feature.

Square takes payments and send the payment details to your Square dashboard, that includes the name and email of the customer. Unfortunately, the other data submitted in the form are only accessible through the submissions page.
