It is asking us to upgrade to bronze

Hello,

We have emptied our jot form, but it is still asking us to upgrade after we deleted the applications we had gotten. Do we have to create a new form to still be able to use the free platform?

Hello there!

You currently have 5 active forms in your account and this is the limit of the Starter plan. In order to create new forms, you can either upgrade to a paid plan or disable one of the active forms.
