Why is the text missing in the submission?

    We have a waiver form online for our clients to sign. Once they submit the form all I can see is their signature and the date. I can not see the text that says what they are agreeing to. How do I fix this?

    Please note that the input fields shall only be displayed in the Tables view. Since the Paragraph field can only be used to display the text on the form, it shall not be displayed in the submissions view. If you are referring to the email notification or PDF document, you may customize the email or PDF document to add the text manually.
