    Hi,

I am a cognito user right now and have been for some time. Which means I have a number of forms that i've built that frankly i don't want to have to rebuild. We have multiple uses and have created multiple folders. So i'm wondering a few questions.

    1. we will want to input users or additional members to have access to specific forms. ie a folder. Whats the cost here at scale?

    2.

I will need to migrate over from cognito forms and this is painful. Can someone help create create or template from my forms now and put them into the right spots with all the right fields into here? including folders etc?

    3. we are running teams and when we sign up a new team we want to give them access to some forms drafted. Whats the best way to do this?

    4.

We will also be wanting to prepopulate forms based on a URL. i saw the articles, but wondering if there are any videos or resources for specifically pulling from a CRM, like Follow or up boss contact record. We are going to embed the forms in this CRM and when clicked, we want the contact record info to come with it.

    5. With moving over, we have a higher level account that has been paid for. Are their discounts to make this switch easier for us? its a big one for us

    thanks

    Hi there,

    Thank you for your message.

The User Management feature is available on our Enterprise Plan. You can send your inquiries on the following form if you want to know more: https://www.jotform.com/enterprise/contact-sales/.

If that's not an option, here's a few features that can help.

    1. You can give access to your colleagues to edit your forms, with the Form Collaboration feature.
    2. You can share your Submissions Page to allow your colleagues to view, print or download the entire submission data to Excel, CSV, or PDF.
    3. If someone needs to fill out your forms regularly, such as people who report you, you may use the Assign Forms feature.

Hope that helps. Let us know if you have any questions or if you need further assistance.
