    Thank you for reaching support,

First of all, you already have a Form Calculation Widget (Score Field)but then you added a condition that does the same thing:

I disabled that and now the SCORE field calculates the values.

Another thing is redirecting the page, you set up a condition that redirects to the "Thank you Page" when the score is below 7:

But then you also have another one on the bottom which directs to another page:

On your conditions, you may set your Parameters to "ALL" if you want all the rules to be met before it triggers, or "Any" if it only takes one of the rules to trigger the condition.

Please fix the conditions, or at least elaborate each of them for us so we can guide you on how to execute them well.

    Awaiting your response.

    Best.

I think I disabled conditions I don’t need. How can I get the url redirects
to not run into a pop up blocker issue for users?

    Hi there,

Unfortunately, we do not have any control over what users have set up in their browser.

Can you share with us a screenshot of what you are referring to as well as the console report so we can further investigate.

    Here is how:

What can I do to get this to work. If I have to offer instruction on our intro page for users to do something before starting this I will.

    Hello @creativefish22,

Thank you for sharing the screenshot of the error message that you are receiving when you redirect the form.

Based on the screenshot, it seems that the webpage you have redirected to does not exist. This does not seem to be related to the form redirecting, but rather an issue with the website you are redirecting to. Unfortunately, we do not have control over any issues that occur with external websites.

I went ahead and tested your form and I was able to replicate the issue that you are mentioning. It seems that upon submission, the webpage that the form redirects to is not found. However, when I re-enter the URL with the 'www' in the browser, it seems that the webpage does open up.

Can you kindly try adding the 3 w's at the beginning of the URL in your conditions to see if that will fix the issue?

You may also want to review your website to ensure that you are redirecting to the correct page.
