Free account limits: Max form submissions count

Hi there do I have a limit of questionnaires I am able to send and receive back before being charged? thanks so much!

Thank you for contacting us.
These are the free account restrictions:

So you will be able to create up to 5 forms, and you can receive up to 100 submissions to your forms per month.
If you answer someone else's form, that will not be counted to any of the account limitations.
As long as you feel that the account limits are enough for and cater to your needs, you can stay on the free account. If you would feel that you need more submissions or more forms, you may upgrade your account at any time.
