I would like a membership rewards form so the my customers can receive discounted prices. I would like the members to pay a $40 fee to be able to shop the special pricing. Also, I would like the form to allow renewal. 





3 month- $35 membership fee


5 month- $50 membership fee





This is the features I would like on the form to integrate to my bigcartel website.

You can use the Product List's Sell Subscription payment type to set up a recurring payment option on your form.

Big Cartel allows adding custom HTML for paid plans, so you can embed the form on it using iframe.
