I cannot connect the forms to PayPal.

When I connect the form to Paypal. I am getting a message that "we are processing your request." its been several days like that.
My PayPal account is active and in good standing.
Its seems to be a program from jot form.
please advise,

Can you please try to remove the integration, empty the form cache, and try to connect the PayPal again? You can click here to see how to empty the form cache.
Your products should be saved, so you don't need to add them again.
Let us know if this resolved your problem.
