We (Clarke Oconee Tennis Association) have a form that a player can submit to be included in a database. This form can be 'viewed' by our captains so they can see who is available. However, when being viewed on an iphone or ipad one can not expanded or scroll through the data. I have it two ways on our site, below are the links.
Embedded - https://cotatennis.net/need-a-player
and by link to submissions table - https://www.jotform.com/tables/203254707305146
Thank you for your assistance!

Hello Brenda,
Thank you for contacting support.
If I understood your situation correctly, you have embedded your table in your Squarespace website for the captains to see. Please note that one cannot easily view submissions not unless an access is given to the viewer. See example below.
This restriction is what might be causing your website to not show the table when I accessed it using my phone (iPhone 8+).
May I suggest that you share your table by following the guide below?
Guide: How-to-share-your-jotform-tables-and-collaborate
You may also try to create a report and embed it to your web page.

Let us know if you need further assistance. Thank you.
