JotForm Mobile App: unable to see submission data.

I have JotForm on my phone (the app). A couple of weeks ago, I completed a form form and hit "submit" but it disappeared from my app. How can I re-install that, or even find it? I have looked on the app and on the online website but cannot locate it. Thank you.

It seems that you have been submitting your form several times on 01/08. Some of this data is not showing on your table anymore, maybe you have permanently deleted them from the trash folder. You can find your submissions data in your form submissions table. Please, follow the guide below to see this data on your JotForm Mobile App.
