Can we automatically link a question to a submit button?

Can an answer to a particular question automatically link to the submit button? For instance, if you answer yes the form is complete. If you answer no, please continue through the remainder of the form.

It is possible to do that through Enable / Require Field logic per How-to-Make-a-Field-Required-Based-on-User-s-Answer and How-to-Set-a-Field-as-Required-or-Non-Required.

You can set the fields to be required or not required based on users' answers.
