Hi there,
I'm quite not sure what thumbnail are you referring to. Kindly share with us a screenshot of that thumbnail so we can advise.

With regards to removing the JotForm branding at the bottom of your form, that option is only available to paid users.
So you will need to upgrade your account to any paid plans that JotForm currently offers. You may check our pricing page if interested. https://www.jotform.com/pricing/

Once upgraded, the option to remove the branding can be found on your account's setting.
