I received a "account downgraded" message. What level did we have before?

    I've checked your account and it's currently on a FREE plan. You were previously subscribed to BRONZE yearly, which was recently downgraded because the credit card on file was declined.

    If you want to have your account upgraded again, kindly update your credit card and perform another upgrade.
