Where is my form?

    The link is live.

    I want to edit it.

It's not under "My Forms" or Archive (where it shouldn't be) or anywhere.

    How do I edit it?

I need to make a copy of it and change one thing. Thanks.

I was able to edit it. Thank you.
But someone submitted the form to me and though she filled out all fields, the submission I received from her did not have all fields filled in.
    Is there a problem?
Secondly, is there a way to make a field required to be filled in, or the form won’t be able to be submitted?

    Hi,

But someone submitted the form to me and though she filled out all fields, the submission I received from her did not have all fields filled in. Is there a problem?

Are you perhaps referring to the form https://form.jotform.com/210215480467148?

I can see that the form doesn't have any required fields. This means that users can submit the form with blank fields. Also, the Clear Fields button seems to submit the form.

If you want to have a reset button to clear all the fields, kindly enable the Reset Button option in the advanced properties.

Secondly, is there a way to make a field required to be filled in, or the form won’t be able to be submitted?

Yes, you can make all the fields required so the form won't submit if not all fields are filled out. Kindly refer to this guide:

    Guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/546-how-to-set-a-field-as-required-or-non-required

I hope this helps. Let us know if you have further questions.

    Hello.
I put REQUIRED on every field in my form.
However, more than half the fields are coming back blank.
    How can you fix this?
People are registering and we don’t have the info we need!

    THANK YOU.

    Hi.
We need to delete ourselves from the registration results. How do we do that?
In particular, one of us signed up (tested the form) 3 times. We need to delete two. (Andie Andrews).
    Thanks!
