Unable to receive email notification for approval process.

    Good Afternoon,

    I was testing out implementing an approval process in one of our forms (following this guide:https://www.jotform.com/help/432-a-general-approach-on-building-an-approval-process-workflow) and encountered an issue along the way.

    I'm not receiving the email notification I set up when a new submission is made, I have tried multiple emails and checked for spelling mistakes. Are the emails being sent? has my email address been blocked or put on a bounce list?

    Good day, there is no account under your email address "dianaq@ppbh.org". Could you share the link of the form where you are trying to implement the approval workflow?
