My form seemed to stop working. Please help! :)

    Hello! I created a Jotform and embedded it into my email. Once I made it live and sent it out I revised the form and customized it a bit more (at the request of my boss). Once I did that and made it live again the form does not seem to work. I tried to fill out and submit the form myself as a test and it wasn't sending me the automatic response. I want to make sure that I can get this fixed before I send it out again which I need to do soon.

    Are you referring to this form?

    I checked the form and I don't see any issue. Unfortunately, you cannot embed the form into the email. You can only share the form direct link via email.
