Perdita dati di vecchio form archiviato

    Buongiorno

    Non riesco a capire come mai non sono più presenti tutti i dati di ben oltre 25 pazienti nel vecchio form che ho archiviato.

    Si tratta di dati molto importanti .

    Potete controllare cortesemente cosa è successo e reinserire tutti i dati al suo interno ?

    All the submissions in my old form for other facilities that I put in the archive disappeared.
    Could you please put them back ?

    I checked your account history and found that some forms have been deleted and purged.

    Deleted forms and any submissions for those forms are purged after 30 days.

    You cannot restore forms that were PURGED or completely deleted from your Trash Folder.

    Please note that when a form is purged, it is completely deleted from our system. Unfortunately it is not possible to restore or recover the purged form and its submission data.
