Calendar integrations

    Two questions:

    1. I have quite a complex form with quite a bit of conditional logic, is there a limit to how many 'Appointment' widgets I can include in a form?
    2. I also want to have the Date Picker widget (including time) which will be integrated with Google Calendar, how can I set the End Time/Duration (in the integration) be variable depending on the number of hours that the user inputs i.e. I want a choice for Date and time picker to have durations of 1, 2, 3 ,4, 5 hours. Or do I essentially have to have two Date/Time Pickers, one for start and one for end?

No there is no such limit on the number of appointment fields that you can add in form.

If you are working with the date picker field, you will have to add two different date picker fields with time option enabled to set the Start and end time in the integration.

If you are working with "Appointment" field, you need to just select the appointment field in the start time and the end time will be captured automatically form the appointment duration.

    Hope this helps.

    Ashwin,

Can I hide the 2nd calendar date picker and use a calculation to insert a value in the 2nd picker using epoch values? Basically I'd like to find a way to add six hours to the start time, and that would be the end time. Just not sure how to do this.

    Greetings,

I'm not sure which calendar and date pickers are you referring to as the second calendar date picker. Are you referring to the following?

    Hi Chadbates,

We understand that you want to pass the calculated date into the date picker field that also populates the time field after 6 hours.

I've conducted several tests on my form too just to find a workaround but unfortunately, nothing work.

I was able to create a form that can calculate the duration from start to end time.

Kindly check if this would fit your requirements.

Can the start and end time integrate with the Google calendar integration?

    Hello there,

Please note that Start Time in Google Calendar only accepts either Appointment date or Date Picker. So, as long as you have one of these fields, you'll be able to integrate Google calendar with your form.
