Work being deleted when multiple users edit a form and random inputs disappearing

    Dear Sir/Madam

    There are two main topics I would like to query you about first being multiple user interface. If two or more people edit on the same form, whatever work the secondary computer edits/changes gets wiped when logging off the account, is Jotform uncapable of having multiple computers edit the same form?

    Secondly when I do edit any forms even on the main computer/account some work does save and sometimes all but previous work that has definitely saved, I have gone back to look at and certain words or numbers that have disappeared, is there a possible way to stop this from happening?

    JotForm is capable of having multiple computers edit the same form, but please keep in mind that ALL CHANGES made by EVERYONE will be saved automatically so communication would be a key factor when building and editing forms with team members.

    I.e. I tested on my end, opened the same form on different tab. And I make changes to the form in one of the tab, the other tab doesn't reflect the changes until I refreshed the page.

    You can make sure that the changes are saved to JotForm server by viewing the "last edit at hours" message.

    Normally your forms are saved automatically almost immediately after you update them.

    But what happens if you forgot to click Finish, or Complete, or Update, or the Save Button? Perhaps in the mix of this you are not even sure if your Form and details are saved.
