    Hello -

I recently came across your company and wanted to see if it would be suitable for food delivery service. Id like to have people fill in delivery information and collect payments for my services.

What are the fees associated to your company collecting payments. Im assuming you are integrated with several payment engines via API. How much would i get charged to collect payments?

Also, once i receive an order, will i receive push notifications on my phone?

    Thanks,

    M

    Hello,

Please note that you would only pay the subscription fee for using the platform, and there are no additional charges in collecting payments.

    For reference: Using-JotForm-to-collect-payments/

JotForm Doesn’t Charge You Additional Fees for Transactions.

There are form builders out there that charge you additional fees if you want to take advantage of payment integrations; JotForm isn’t one of them. While our payment gateway partners have various fee structures in place for transactions, JotForm won’t charge you to collect payments through our forms.

As for the subscription fees, please refer to our Pricing Page.

Also, once i receive an order, will i receive push notifications on my phone?

You can receive push notifications on your mobile device after you've installed the JotForm Mobile app: Ways-to-get-notified-of-new-submissions-aside-from-email-notifications.

I hope this helps. Let us know if you need further assistance or information.

    Hi there,
i'm trying to submit an inquiry on your website but it looks like its not
going through, as I'm receiving an error message....
I had a few questions regarding food delivery scheduling for a food
delivery service. Ive noticed you can implement a calendar for customers to
pick desired times for delivery...When done so, does it block off the time
in the calendar so it doesn't create any scheduling conflicts?
Also, in terms of pricing, i've noticed the silver package only comes with
100 forms. Is that monthly? What if I have more than 100 customers per
    month?
    Thanks,
    M

    Hi M,

i'm trying to submit an inquiry on your website but it looks like its not going through, as I'm receiving an error message

May I ask for a screenshot of the error message to further investigate it from our end? Please follow this guide on posting your screenshot on the ticket as we are unable to view images attached to emails: How-to-Post-Screenshots-to-Our-Support-Forum

pick desired times for delivery...When done so, does it block off the time in the calendar so it doesn't create any scheduling conflicts?

I would suggest using the Appointment field to prevent scheduling of delivery on your form: How-to-schedule-an-appointment/

Also, in terms of pricing, i've noticed the silver package only comes with 100 forms. Is that monthly?

The 100 form limit is the count for created forms on your account. Your customers' submitted forms are the submission count limit, and I believe for the Silver plan, the limit is 10,000 per month.

Please refer to this detailed guide to assist you further: Understanding-your-account-usage-and-limits.

I hope this helps. Do get back to us if you need further information.
