Need to add excel spread sheet for viewing

Morning,

I would like to attached a large list of restricted item onto one of our JOTFORM pages. The goal is to have the user browse the list, enable them to start type the description, to see if the item is on the list.

Is this possible?

If you want to add the Excel spreadsheet values to your form you can use Spreadsheet to form widget

The widget allows you to upload a spreadsheet to your form and use the values you have on the spreadsheet to pre-populate the form.

Also, as a suggestion - you can try to import your values to Google Spreadsheets and after that embed this list to your form:
