Questions regarding Forms

Hello there, I am looking for a software package that allows me to create online forms that people can go back and forth to.

I want to be able to set up forms that can be used for induction, competencies etc., which for some can take several weeks to compete, so it’s important to have access to the form on a readily basis.

We also do assessments for those using out services, so again having the option for this to be completed online would also be good.

can you have multiple forms open at the same time ie four new staff starting at same time, would we be able to have four forms running at same time?

sorry for questions, I want to ensure that we purchase the right product

do you offer demos or free trials whereby we can see and try the various things that could work for us, to ensure it would be the right tool?

    any assistance would be appreciated.

    Neil

    Greetings,

Regarding "do you offer demos or free trials whereby we can see and try the various things that could work for us, to ensure it would be the right tool?"

JotForm has multiple subscription options, including a free plan. Free users have access to all of the same features as paid users, but with lower limits on form counts, form submissions, form views, upload space and submission storage. To check out the different options, visit our Pricing page.

I checked that currently there is JotForm account linked to your email address. You can create one by clicking this link https://www.jotform.com/signup/

    Additional related guides:

Regarding "can you have multiple forms open at the same time ie four new staff starting at same time, would we be able to have four forms running at same time?"

JotForm enables you to create online forms, collect responses directly in your email, and create fillable PDF forms.

Yes, multiple forms can be opened by multiple users.

I hope that helps. Let us know if you have further questions.

    Regards.

Which pricing band includes mobile forms, etc.
Is there a difference on what one package includes over the others?

    Hello,

Most of the features are available regardless of the package you take.

The difference mainly lies in the amount of space, submissions, payments, etc that are shown here: https://www.jotform.com/pricing/

Mobile forms for instance are available for any plans, even the free plan.

Form Collaboration is also part of every plan: https://www.jotform.com/help/419-understanding-form-collaboration

The limitations are more around "how much would you need?" than anything else.

As the different limits demonstrated on the pricing page might be a little confusing, here is a page helping you understand better what we mean by "submission", "storage", etc: https://www.jotform.com/help/408-understanding-your-account-usage-and-limits

    Hope this helps.

I have another question if that’s ok.
If I started a form on a laptop, could I then access it via the app to electronically sign or is it better to do it all via a tablet and do it that way?
Also, re kiosk. Is it just the one form that can show in the kiosk or can you select a few to choose from?
Sorry for questions, I am looking to purchase the silver package and want to ensure it’s right for me before I do it.
    Many thanks

    Hi Neil,

No worries, ask as many questions as you would like to, we're to help and guide.

You can pick up where you left off from any device during the building process, and for filling the form we have a "Save and Continue Later" functionality, so either way, we got you covered.

For the kiosk, you can choose whichever form you want to display, but will only be able to display one at a time.

    Hope this helps.
