Having issue with the site

    Is your site down or having issues? We're trying to sign up using a form that we simply clone from week to week, however, it's not working. Please advise. Thanks!

    We apologize for the inconvenience caused.

    I checked that the latest Food Pantry Sign-up (Wed, Mar 17th) form currently there are 67 submission data that were summitted on March 14, 2021.

    I cloned the form and I was not able to replicate the issue on my end.

    Is the form embedded on a web page, could you kindly provide us more details and screenshots of your concerns, so that we can assist you properly?

    For now I have cleared your forms cache, kindly try it again on your end.

    You couldn't replicate the problem because I cloned another March 17th sheet and deleted the one that appeared to be corrupted. Not sure what happened here.

    Since the form is on Trash, I can't clone it for further checking. Please inform us do you still need help with the form?

    If it happens again with your current form, kindly try to:

    If all failed, then we need additional information from you when we troubleshoot an issue with the forms. An extra helpful step would be to provide a console report from your browser when the issue happens. To get your Console report from the browser: https://www.jotform.com/help/453-how-to-get-a-console-report-from-most-common-browsers

    Then after you cloned another one, you can disable the form that has issues so that we can still check it on our end.
